Brothers Joe and Mandel Berenbaum founded the firm of Berenbaum & Berenbaum and began serving the Colorado community. In 1982 they
joined forces with Denver lawyer Hugh Weinshienk to become BERENBAUM WEINSHIENK PC. Throughout those years, B|W has
positioned itself as one of the region's most prominent law firms, consistently offering quality legal services to businesses and
individuals throughout the Rocky Mountain region and beyond.
BERENBAUM WEINSHIENK PC's 40 plus attorneys operate from a single office at 370 17th Street in downtown Denver.
Our clients range from individuals and start-up enterprises to leading Denver-area companies, large national businesses, and
international firms. Among our clients are well-known banks and mortgage companies, real estate developers, retailers, entrepreneurs,
venture capital firms, and publicly-traded corporations. In addition to our broad-based transactional practice, B|W

Our client relations are grounded in personal relationships. There is a high degree of trust, respect, and, quite often,
