Berenbaum Weinshienk’s 40 plus attorneys operate from a single office at 370 17th Street in downtown Denver. Our clients range from individuals and start-up enterprises to leading Denver-area companies, large national businesses, and international firms. Among our clients are well-known banks and mortgage companies, real estate developers, retailers, entrepreneurs, venture capital firms, and publicly-traded corporations. In addition to our broad-based transactional practice, B|W has a large litigation department. These two groups complement and assist each other in providing a full range of legal services to business clients and individuals.

Our client relations are grounded in personal relationships. There is a high degree of trust, respect, and, quite often, friendship in the relationships between our attorneys and our clients. With larger clients, there is often more than one attorney assigned to the work, but the client can count on getting prompt answers to questions and prompt attention by calling the lead attorney. Unlike many other Denver firms of its size, a high percentage of our attorneys are shareholders, and new attorneys are added with the expectation that they will also share in ownership.
